Dried Almond Leaves, 10 leaves
These Dried Almond Leaves have many uses within an aquarium. For instance they can be used for their healing ability, for inducing breeding, for softening the water and providing hiding spots for many fish species.
Almond leaves naturally alter the water chemistry and soften the water - perfect for gouramis, rasboras, tetras, discus, betas and dwarf south American cichlids.
Almond Leaves are also perfect for fry tanks providing hiding spots and more importantly, they serve as a home for infusoria which are minute aquatic creatures, serving as an excellent food source for them. They are also commonly used in hospital tanks due to their profound natural healing abilities.
Remember Almond Leaves will float for 2-3 days before sinking and last up to a month before they need replacing. They should not be used with fish species which require hard water conditions, such as African cichlids.
