The Evolution Aqua Surge Filter is an innovative filter design that ensures safe and crystal-clear water for ponds up to 5000 litres without the mess of sponges.
The Surge Filter utilizes open cell K1+ Media to act as a mechanical barrier to trap debris as small as 1 micron as it flows through the filter.
Cleaning the filter is a hassle-free and mess-free operation with Evolution Aquas AirClean Technology. With the pump off, ball valve closed and waste valve open, the air is drawn into the filter. This air drawn into the Surge Filter mixes with water and agitates the K1+ media to dislodge debris and clean the media, dirty water exists from the waste line and can be utilized to fertilize your garden plants.
The built-on 18-watt UV clarifier ensures the Surge Filter eradicates green water for ponds up to 5000 litres.
