Evolution Aqua Nexus 220+ Pond and Koi Filter System
The Evolution Aqua Nexus 220+ is well known for its vast mechanical and biological filtration capabilities which can be used I both pump fed, and gravity fed set ups.
The innovative Nexus+ works as both a biological and mechanical filter system thanks to the unique design. Firstly, the water enters the Nexus+ filter system from the inlet into the inner chamber which acts as a vortex, this allows large particles to settle out. The water then passed through the Eazy filter which removes finer particles using a static bed of Evolution Aqua’s K1 Micro Media.
Now mechanically cleaned the water passed to the outside of the Evolution Aqua Nexus+ filtration system where the improved moving bed of K+ media with improved biological filtration capabilities, fast maturation rates and stable biofilm build up biologically cleans the water of harmful Ammonia and Nitrates.

The Nexus+ MUST be installed on a solid, level base, a minimum of 1.2 metres x 1 metre. Failure to do this will cause irreparable damage to the filter and will therefore invalidate your warranty.
