Fluval U1 Internal Filter
The U series internal filter range are an efficient reliable filter designed as the primary filter for smaller aquariums or a supplementary for larger aquariums. The Fluval U1 can be situated either vertically or horizontally which means this is perfect for both deep and shallow water aquariums such as turtle tanks.
The specially designed foam media in the Fluval U1 means there is a small section cut out in the centre to house the high performance Fluval Clean and Clear cartridge. This is designed to remove phosphate and nitrates to reduce and algae growth. Furthermore the Clean and Clear extends the time between water changes and aids in keeping the aquarium water crystal clear and improving the water quality.
The Fluval U1 Internal filter has an adjustable flow to ensure the filter meets the needs for different aquarium environments, minimum output creates a gentle flow perfect for planted aquariums whilst the maximum output increases circulation and oxygenation.
