Polyp Lab Medic is a unique water conditioner designed to control external fish parasites in both marine and freshwater aquariums. The 30ml solution contains reef-safe oxidizing agents and has been buffered to maintain physiological PH values within the water.
The Polyp Lab Medic solution is safe to use and friendly towards nitrifying bacteria and invertebrates. The supreme blend of active ingredients which have been pioneered by Polyp Lab target the "swimming stage" of a parasite - a process that many other water conditioners fail to reach. The “swimming stage" is considered one of the primary difficulties in dealing with parasite infected water.
By disrupting the life cycle of this stage, the Polyp Lab Medic solution is considered the most effective conditioner available on the market. The reef-safe solution is particularly effective against Marine Ich - Crytpocaryon irritants, Freshwater Ich - Ichthyophthirius multifiliis and Marine Velvet - Amyloodinium ocellatum. For the best results, it is recommended that marine and freshwater environments are kept in high concentration of the solution during the key swimming stage timeframe when the oxidative component in the conditioner is particularly effective against theronts/dinospores.
Please note: Ozone and carbon must not be used in conjunction with this treatment, UV filters can be used one hour after administration.
It is important to continue using Polyp Lab Medic even once the infection seems to disappear when white specks are no longer visible as this visual aid is part of the process,
