RedSea Reefer S-850 G2+ is the super-sized premium Reef-Ready system from Red Sea. These Premium aquariums come with a superior aluminium super structure to support the large mass of water contained within these systems. Coming with ultra-clear 19mm thick glass supported by a black brace around the rim. This design offers amazing visuals while still having the strength of 19mm thick glass. The black rim around the top provides extra rigidity while remaining low profile giving an excellent balance of aesthetics and structure.

The large display tank offers a vast amount of space for Aquascaping, however flow is very important for reef keeping. RedSea utilise the Dual pump returns to allow for flow to both sides of the weir basically circulating the tank in two halves. This not only means less power from the pump is required but that circulation can also meet in the middle creating excellent turbulence.

The weir and downflow section on the S series offers a central overflow box that has a large surface skimmer with removable comb parts for simple and easy cleaning. Not only this but it features the silent downflow system which is regulated, including an improved high precision valve for finer flow adjustments and an emergency downflow bypass pipe with unrestricted flow to the sump.

The lastest addition to the S series with the G2+ standard is the ReefATO+. A specialised state-of-the-art ATO which not only keeps your water volume and salinity in check, but it also features an accurate temperature monitor and a highly sensitive leak detector. This combination of features makes the RedSea ReefATO+ the most feature rich ATO system offering more than just water top off.

The S series now come ReefMat ready allowing for a plug & play installation for the ReefMat 500 and 1200 together with a refugium. This allows for full flexibility on how your system is run. It also comes with its normal filtration functions and has an adjustable height skimmer chamber for more flexible skimmer alteration for optimal performance. Furthermore, an additional extension sump which can be used for a dedicated frag tank, a larger refugium or something else. It can be disconnected also from the main sump to be used as a RO reservoir or for saltwater changes.

The Cabinet also features a chiller & hardware chamber which allows for equipment installation while keeping it away from your sump. The ability to install Redsea’s Control Panel (sold separately) allows for easy and simple hardware mounting which can then be pulled out from the cabinet allowing not only easy installation but also easy maintenance thanks to the available clearance when pulled out from the cabinet. The cabinet also has high quality hidden adjustable feet which allow for perfect levelling on any surface, being hidden also means the cabinet maintains its seamless design for that extra added elegance
