Reef Zlements AminoPlus
Reef Zlements AminoPlus is the “Food Element” of the Reef Zlements method, A complete method that delivers macro and trace elements along with “nutrients” and food that your corals need to thrive. AminoPlus is a special blend of amino acids, Carbohydrates and vitamin to work in synergy with Reef Zlements Complete and their nutrient management line.
This proprietary Recipe was crated to improve coral growth, colouration an overall health of corals. Reefers should look out for increased consumption of Alkalinity, calcium and other elements when using AminoPlus, the increase in health and energy available to corals will increase growth and thus consume more of the elemental compounds. It is suggest to test regularly to check on the parameters, especially in the early stages of use, for the best results and controllability.
AminoPlus is best dosed in an area of high flow and throughout the day for optimal results. To make this easier, AminoPlus can be used with a dosing pump to allow for dosing at different times and does not require being refrigerated. If when using AminoPlus you notice algae, Cyno, or brown/grey biofilm, it could be that your dose is too high. It would be best to test your parameters, make any required amendments and reduce the dose. For best results, start with under-dosing the solution and slowly increase over time until the desired result is achieved.
