Reef Zlements Manganese 150ml
Manganese is present in reefs all around the world and is a very important element for animals and plants in aquariums. Being a cofactor to many enzymes it has a strong role in metabolic processes of almost all organisms. It has also been known to have a positive impact around the oxidative process of organisms.
Manganese gets depleted from the water in our aquariums quickly. Therefore it is essential to keep this element at the right levels. In the oceans Manganese is around 1-2 µg/l. It is suggested to utilise ICP testing to maintain this level and dose as required to ensure optimal levels remain.
