Reef Zlements VitaPlus
VitaPlus is the “vitality element” of the Reef Zlements method which was designed to deliver Macro and Trace elements along with “nutrients” and food that coral need to thrive. VitaPlus is the food side of this with its special blend of vitamins which include vitamin A, B complex, C, K and E along with other special ingredients which work in synergy with AminoPlus and the 2-part Z complete system.
This proprietary recipe has been created to improve coral growth, colouration and overall coral health. Because of this most reefers will see excellent improvements in coral colouration and health as well as growth. This being the case it is best to keep an eye on your mineral levels to ensure you are dosing as required, increase growth will mean increase element consumption.
VitaPlus is recommended to be dosed as follow:
Light (Soft, LPS & SS) 1-2ml per 100l per day
Medium (Soft, LPS & SPS) 2-3ml per 100l per day
Heavy (Soft, LPS & SPS) – 3-6ml per 100l per day
We suggest starting low and increasing the dose until your desired result is reached. It is highly suggested to use your doses for 2-3 weeks and check the results before making amendments to the dosing.
While using the nutrient management products and VitaPlus, always monitor the visual appearance of corals and nitrate and phosphate levels in your tank. If you notice any brown or grey biofilm on rocks or the appearance of algae or cyno, it is likely a sign that you are overdosing and it is suggest to reduce your dose.
