VCA RFG Flex ½ Inch

The RFG Flex from VCA is an extremely durable FRG (Random Flow Generator). These nozzles have been designed to generate random amounts of turbulence within an aquarium from the return pump. Most return pumps and nozzles are duck bills or normal output pipes. This provides a consistence flow pattern. Random flow mimicking that of the ocean has been shown to be extremely beneficial in a number of ways within or aquariums, assisting in things like debris build-up from dead spots in the aquariums, random movements of water lifting food particles and passing them onto corals as from all sides promoting equal growth.

The Flex line fits genuine Loc-Line brand modular hose but also adapts to fit other similar sizes modular hose fittings, this means the Flex is directly compatible with a wider range of aquariums and modular hose designs, expanding the usability for all reefers. The new materials that the Flex is made with is strong, extremely durable and flexible. Another property of this material it its ability to not crack, all of these characteristics mean that the RG is now superior in durability and ease of use and maintenance. Most algae and bio films simply slide right off the new material.
