Sera Siporax is a high quality, fully biological filter material. 1 litre of the solution provides the equivalent settling area for bacteria of 34 litres of clay material. The innovation developed by Sera, is used not only in pond filtration but also in sump systems for marine aquariums.
Sera Siporax works by providing bacteria with a large amount of open pored tunnels structures for it to reproduce. The bacteria breaks down nitrate due to low oxygen levels within these structures, to provide low nitrate pond and aquarium.
Please note this is sold loose and will come in a clear bag.
