TMC AquaRay Connect P5 Reef LED
Higly optimised and High PAR Reef LED from TMC. Complete with adjustable mounting bracket and wifi connectivity for the ultimate in ease of installation and use.
Fully compatible with TMC's unique FAViA ecoystem app, the AquaRay Connect features 3 individually adjustable channels spectrally tuned for reef aquariums. Easy to set up and pair with the app on any iOS or android device, you can adjust on the go.
Channel A - Designed to replicate Reef Daylight with 9000-10000k, the white lieght matches the intense sunlight of the tropics
Channel B - Designed to replicate Coral Violet with 440nm + 390nm, in partnership with independent coral research, this spectrum is proven to positively affect coral pigmentation and fluorescence.
Channel C - Designed to replicate Fiji Blue with 450nm, the perfect display to stimulate fantastic displays of coral fluorescence.
Specially designed with ultra-clear glass optics for providing excellent colour blending and consistent light distribution.
Complete with 10-pre-set lighting modes developed for optimal coral growth, colouration and fluorescence. Also complete with built in timing and imming with a vast aray of effects included.
With built in whisper quiet thermally controlled fan, the Connect from TMC is the perfect partner for any modern day reef tank.
Available as P5 or a P9 version and suitable for glass thicknesses from 8mm to 25mm
Guidelines for Light units per aquarium size :-
Up to 60cm x 50cm - 1 x P5
Up to 65cm x 65cm - 1 x P9
Depending on the length of your aquarium, for a 40cm wide tank, you could opt for P5 units every 40 - 50cm in length
For wider aquariums upt o 65cm we recommend a P9 every 40cm in length approx
