This replacement bulb for ultraviolet clarifiers and sterilisers, it is an effective way of reducing and controlling common problems like single celled algae inside your pond or aquarium.
Algae is a common problem in ponds and aquariums, and it is important you change your UV bulb approximately every 6 months or at least at the start of each spring (outdoor).
