Exoterra Bio Drain Substrate 2KG
The Exoterra Bio Drain Substrate 2KG is a special nonorganic substrate that allows for excellent drainage of water in a terrarium. Combined with the Mesh, this serves as an excellent drainage method to ensure that the soil within your system does not get soggy and mould over.
A good drainage layer is essential to any high humidity terrarium or paludarium which is likely to have excessive water pass through to the base of the system. Bio Drain will aid in keep this separated from soils to ensure plants do not sit in water causing root rot.
