- Simply choose your products and add to basket
- When checking out, choose the 'Click and Collect' option
- We will then notify you when your order is ready for collection

How do i order?
Simply add as many products to your basket as you would like, then when checking out, simply choose the 'Click and Collect' option as a shipping method. Once we have your order ready, we will email you and you can collect the order. *Please check your spam / junk folder to ensure emails do not end up in here
What products can be ordered via 'Click and Collect'
Nearly all items can be ordered for Click and Collect. Some very large and heavy aquariums which are shipped from our suppliers direct are not available to collet from our Blackburn Site, due to the extreme weight and specialist lifting equipment needed. Most aquariums and most other items are available for Click and Collect though for your convenience. Some customers do prefer to collect instead of waiting in for a delivery.
How quickly can i collect my order?
Most items are in stock for collection either that day or the next working day (most orders placed before 12 noon can be collected that same day (for qualifiying produts). Some products are not stocked in our Blackburn warehouse so this is marked as Click and Collect within 72 hours. Once your item arrives into us we will let you know. If you have a mixed basket of goods available within 24 hours and also 72 hours, then you are welcome to part collect and revist to collect the remainder of your order when it arrives.
When are you open for Collections?
We are open from 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. Please respect other vehicles on site and please be patient whilst we are unloading or loading deliveries. We are quite a small site so sometimes your patience is needed until vehicles have moved.
