This Large sized Ciano filter foam has been designed for use inside the Ciano Filter CFBIO150. It provides the equivalent to 90 days maintenance.
The foam is suitable for use inside cold and tropical freshwater aquaria and provides excellent biological and mechanical filtration results.
The Ciano Foam for CFBIO150 filter works by allowing bacteria to colonise, breaking down ammonia at the same time. It also catches particles of waste floating around inside the aquarium water producing clear water results.
Note: for best results it is strongly recommended to replace the cartridge after 90 days of use.
