Seachem De Nitrate IL:
Seachem De Nitrate promotes aerobic nitrification at the surface of your tank water and anaerobic denitrification at the deeper depths. The porous material with a large surface area, mimics the same process as live rocks and reef rocks - removing nitrate by anaerobic denitrification.
Seachem De Nitrate is a fantastic media for aerobic nitrification, making an ideal biological filter for drip trays, sumps and box filters. It will also function solely as an aerobic filter under high flow rates.
For the best results Seachem De Nitrate should be rinsed thoroughly before use and each 500ml of de*nitrate will treat about 100–200 L
